Darren Fullerton formally announced as Head of SEO
Forward3D, the independent global digital marketing agency today formally announces that Darren Fullerton has joined as its new Head of SEO.
Fullerton’s role will be to develop the SEO strategy and teams at the agency across creative content, technical and International work.
Fullerton brings with him nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the SEO sector, working as SEO director for iProspect for clients such as Avis, American Express, Johnson and Johnson and The AA; before moving on to PHD Media where he oversaw data-driven SEO campaigns for the likes of Sainsbury’s and Cadbury’s. His most recent role was at Digitalis, the online reputation management firm.
At Forward3D, Fullerton will be working with such clients as John Lewis, New Look, JD Williams, Ralph Lauren and Stella McCartney, with the aim of bringing SEO back to the fundamentals of building sustainable success with the use of data and technology.
Fullerton says: “It was important for me to move to an agency that was both global in scale, yet still had the entrepreneurial drive of a smaller operation, where team members can develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of SEO, rather than being siloed into one specific area.
The SEO industry has shifted in recent years to focus on the quality of content output, which has taken some of the attention away from the fundamental cornerstones of organic search – data driven optimisation to support clients specific business and campaign objectives.
