With over 15 years experience in international online marketing, Martin has worked with some of the world’s most innovative businesses across a range of sectors. From marketing to leadership Martin has managed some of the world’s most established global brands including Netflix and Skype, spearheading international campaigns in over 25 markets.
As COO Gary is responsible for building on the success of Forward3D's strong tech across search, social, display and linguistics.
He brings extensive digital experience from several senior digital agency roles, including: Board Director at media agency Carat and Director of Search Performance at The Search Works. Gary has worked with brands including Vodafone, Nokia, Santander and Vauxhall.
Hannes is the founder of Forward3D's APAC division and Locaria, the Forward Group's localisation, performance linguistics, multilingual search and social business.
Within the APAC division, he spearheaded the development of search engine strategies for Yandex, Baidu, 360, Yahoo!Japan, Naver and Daum and built strong relationships with leadership teams of all those platforms.
Hannes has been working in international marketing and localisation for over 10 years and has knowledge of over 12 languages.
As CFO, James is responsible for all aspects of financial control, systems, strategy and the provision of commercial support to the leadership teams. James has over 10 years’ experience covering a wide range of finance areas and has been directly involved in 2 stock exchange listings (Betfair and Hyder Consulting).
James is a highly experienced executive with strong commercial, operational and leadership skills developed over the last 20 years. With extensive involvement with high growth, dynamic, digital businesses across multiple sectors, his aim is to deliver financial and commercial support to ensure businesses achieve their potential.
