Claire de Villiers
Claire has worked in digital marketing for over 6 years and has built up diverse experience and knowledge across SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social and Data Analysis, as well as Attribution and Customer Lifetime Value. She initially joined Forward3D in 2009 as an Analyst and has progressed through the Senior Analyst, Team Lead, Group Lead and Director positions before gaining her current title of Business Director.
Over the course of her Forward3D career, Claire has worked with ASOS, New Look, Shopstyle, AllSaints and Lovehoney. She has gained significant experience in the retail industry and has previously worked for Zulu Beauty and TMP Worldwide, where she dealt with a number of clients including MI5.
Claire had the opportunity to complete a client side secondment, providing her with a greater awareness surrounding the context, issues and challenges that clients can face. It also fueled her pursuit of lifetime value analysis and encouraged her to help clients see beyond their weekly numbers and onto bigger projects.
In her time at Forward3D, Claire has built effective teams through refined training and hiring programs, having started at the agency with just a team of two and a handful of clients 5 years ago.
