James has over 8 years experience in paid search, display and social biddable across a wide range of verticals and on a global scale. Joining Forward3D from Jaywing as a Senior Analyst in October 2010, James is now Head of Client Service at the agency.

 

During his time at Forward3D, James has worked with clients such as Gucci, Debenhams, Associated Press, River Island, Ralph Lauren, Irwin Mitchell and The Hospital Group. He’s also developed the agency’s approach to communications, marketing and PR as well as successfully building effective teams to support the agency’s growth. James also developed an internal web app to help colleagues share queries, apps and alerts.

 

James’ vertical experience predominantly derives from the retail industry, but he also has experience with the Insurance, legal, gambling and gaming sectors. Over the course of his career, James has worked for Jaywing, 1vis Communications and The Next Web and worked with other brands such as PokerStars, SportShoes.com, Bupa and Protect Your Bubble.
