Over the past decade, Tim has gained broad experience in Human Resources, and across a range of industries including Entertainment, Engineering, Retail, Media, Gaming and Non-Profit. He’s had the benefit of learning from industry leading HR professionals and has led initiatives covering, but not limited to, policy design, performance management, recruiting and compliance reporting, as well as training and development.
Tim started as an Assistant Training and Personnel Manager for Sainsbury’s, after which he pursued cross-sector and advisory experience. It led him to working for the likes of Network Rail, Sony PlayStation and the Daily Mail. In 2007 Tim joined Sony PlayStation as an HR advisor and was promoted to HR Manager.
Tim joined Forward3D in 2013 and since then has been responsible for establishing the HR offering across the agency’s 4 international offices. In addition to this, he also assisted in the demerger of Forward3D from the Forward Internet Group and as a result, contributed to developing an HR structure that has both fostered and supported the agency through its current period of intense growth. Tim now oversees a structured, integrated system that continues to strengthen Forward3D’s existing company culture.
