Head of Strategy
Tom joined Forward3D in 2007 and has developed extensive knowledge across all digital marketing channels after initially specialising in paid search.
He initially joined the agency as a Marketing Analyst, working on affiliate marketing campaigns for the likes of Skype, LastMinute.com and Zurich insurance. Tom has since moved into a wide array of positions including Technical Analyst, Senior Analyst, PPC Team Lead, PPC Group Lead, Technology & Innovations Director, Head of PPC and Head of Paid Media where he set up our programmatic offering, Connected.
With previous experience in website development, programming and database work, Tom has also contributed heavily to the redevelopment of the agency’s technology platform, Stage, while he served as Technology & Innovations Director. Tom has been at the forefront of Forward3D developing and implementing an Agile working methodology across its growing teams, maintaining the company’s long-standing approach to servicing clients and campaigns.
In his current role as Head of Strategy, Tom helps support our teams in achieving our clients' business goals, as well as supporting our approach to business development.
